We have introduced a new form, which has been emailed to all members. Please contact Max at hockeyconvenor@giffnock-ltc.co.uk if you need another copy or have any questions.
The new process is:
- Every member must complete and submit the new form before they attend their next training session or match. This applies to both junior and senior members.
- The form is a one off and, once submitted, removes the need for booking and re-submitting forms for each session.
- A register of attendance will be taken at each session and kept for Track and Trace purposes. If you arrive late for a session, please tell the coach that you’ve arrived late before joining the session.
